A day in the life of a New Homes Sales Manager:
* Attend branch morning meetings.
* Check all registrations, viewings, valuations, vendor contact, and mortgage appointments from the previous day and match to our New Home developments in the area.
* Follow up on all referrals and ensure feedback is given to site.
* Identifying opportunities for new business, contacting applicants following appointments to offer New Homes where applicable.
* Ensure all the developments price lists in our branches are up to date - keep in touch with the marketing suites and build friendly professional relationships.
* Working closely with the sites to build relationships, keep them updated and troubleshoot any problems, compiling competitor reports and identifying opportunities to assist with sales.
* This is a proactive role, and you will be working to targets to ensure success - using our branch databases to call applicants, book viewings, and agree sales for the New Homes developments as well as securing new referral sites.
What you need to bring to the table:
* Willingness to continuously develop yourself.
* Passionate about Spicerhaart, our values and processes.
* Develop and build on B2B relationships, maximise group revenue, oversee quality of instructions made through your consultants and deliver on the New Homes budget.
What you are good at:
* Maintaining relationships with developers, new homes purchasers and construction site personnel.
* Collaborating with your peers across divisions and business areas to build networks and relationships whilst also identifying opportunities for referrals.
* Taking accountability for your KPIs, income cost and profit budgets through effective project management and organisation.
* Keeping a lot of plates spinning, you’ve mastered multitasking and excel managing numerous responsibilities and tasks.
* Strong presence in front of a camera where you appeal and engage with your audience to maximize your reach.

* Expert local knowledge and a demonstrable track record of success within sales.
* A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
* Enthusiasm to learn and continuously develop your knowledge and skills to drive your career within the property industry.
