Do you have good IT skills and the ability to learn to use our systems / tills? Are you a friendly team player, capable of offering great customer service to the public?
Would you enjoy being part of a buzzing atmosphere hosting the latest gigs, shows and events?
Venue Cymru is the region’s largest entertainment and events venue so as a Customer Services Assistant you would find yourself working both in our busy box office helping our patrons purchasing tickets for our shows or booking a table in our restaurant, as well as at reception welcoming our many conference and event delegates.
The hours of work will be on an ad hoc basis and possibly at short notice and will include daytime, evening, weekend and Bank Holiday working.
