We are looking to hire a Service Call Agent to oversee customer inquiries and concerns in our call center environment.
What you will be doing:
This is a hybrid role - between Front Desk Support and Customer Service Specialist. Both roles will have an emphasis on Customer Service.
1. Customer Interaction - Call intake
2. Listen attentively to customer concerns, inquiries, and service requests.
3. Gather and document accurate information about the customer, appliance model, serial number, issue, and pertinent details.
4. Work within the supportive team in the Service Department
5. Appointment Scheduling
6. Quality Assurance and Problem Resolution
7. Front Desk Support 2 days a week
8. Weekly Pay
Our ideal candidate has:
* 1+ years of experience as a Call Service Agent, or similar experience/call center
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Desire to continuously expand skillset
* High School Diploma or equivalent
