Location: Magna Park, Lutterworth
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 16:30 pm

Staffing Match, a trusted provider of logistics and distribution solutions, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Armstrong Logistics in Lutterworth. This role involves supporting key accounts across the business, liaising with clients and internal stakeholders, and providing the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities as Office Administrator - Stock Control & Customer Service:
Email Support: Handle day-to-day email, Teams, and phone call queries.
Administration of Orders: Gather data, ensure information accuracy, and transfer it to the system in a timely manner.
Stock Management: Collaborate with the stock control team on quarantine stock and general stock management, alerting any discrepancies or stock nearing/passing BBE or MLOR.
Customer Queries: Respond to queries promptly, managing customer expectations effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with operations and other key stakeholders, taking ownership of enquiries and driving them to successful conclusions.
Additional Support: Assist the wider business (Warehouse or Transport) with customer-related queries.
