Admin/ Purchasing Assistant Responsibilities
Secretarial work and provide senior managers with day-to-day administrative support.
Providing overall support to the wider team
Handling emails, letters, phone calls, and other forms of communication, both incoming and outgoing.
Responding to inquiries, forwarding messages to the appropriate individuals, and drafting or editing documents.
Answering phone calls and managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and making travel arrangements
Receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for their team or superiors.
Coordinating calendars, booking meeting rooms, sending out invitations, and ensuring that everyone is aware of their schedule.
Keeping accurate records.
Responsible for maintaining files, databases, and other documentation. Including organizing physical files or managing digital records using software systems.
Processing invoices, managing expense reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting with budget preparation.
