We are working with an accountancy and tax advisory practice company that is looking for an entry-level Facilities Assistant who is eager to take the next step in their career.

You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring smooth operations across a variety of facilities tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and distribute incoming post at the Appold Street office.
* Handle franking, printing, and dispatch of post (special, recorded, and international)
* Investigate unidentified mail using internal systems
* Book outgoing courier services for same-day, overnight, and international packages
* Receive, log, and distribute incoming courier deliveries
* Maintain the cleanliness and order of the basement storeroom
* Deliver paper to printers and restock stationery cupboards as needed
* Manage stationery orders and ensure adequate office supplies are maintained
* Set up furniture and AV equipment for social hubs and meeting rooms
* Handle document scanning, photocopying, and reprographics tasks such as binding
* Coordinate with offsite storage facilities for sending and retrieving boxes
* Log and track tasks via the helpdesk system
* Support office moves and relocations
* Operate the Building Management System (BMS) for the Appold Street office
Required Skills
* Proven experience in a facilities or office maintenance role
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to handle tasks requiring heavy lifting
* Flexibility and adaptability to support different aspects of the role
* Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Familiarity with office equipment, including photocopiers and scanners.
