About you: As the Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth in public sector payments, generating new business, and unlocking cross-sell opportunities. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you'll create, execute, and refine a dynamic marketing strategy tailored to the public sector. You'll lead multi-channel marketing programs focused on customer needs and business outcomes, while ensuring the sales team is equipped with the right tools and content to drive results and accelerate pipeline growth.
Day-to-day, you will:
1. Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies aligned with target personas and sales objectives to achieve mid-market pipeline and revenue goals.
2. Manage inbound and outbound demand channels (digital ads, email, SEO, events, etc.) with a focus on penetrating key sector verticals.
3. Drive results-oriented ABM programs in collaboration with sales, using tools and tailored content to engage target accounts and move them through the buyer's journey.
4. Continuously improve marketing programs through data analysis, experimentation, and optimisation to meet or exceed sales pipeline and revenue goals.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
1. Proven growth marketer with extensive B2B demand generation experience, strong in sales enablement, and customer journey planning.
2. Expertise in ABX models, data acquisition, and management to drive conversion optimization and lead nurturing.
3. Highly quantitative with strong data and analytics skills, plus experience in marketing tech and automation systems (Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
4. Results-driven, with a track record of success in delivering multi-channel demand generation programs across earned, paid, and owned channels.
