We are a company in the Retail sector with a strong presence nationally and internationally. We are looking to hire a fluent German-speaking HR administrator to join our EMEA HR team. Frasers Group has extensive plans to expand in Europe, offering significant career development opportunities.
Function Description
* Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the main responsibilities include:
* Registration, filing, and salary processing;
* Preparing internal and external reports;
* Coordinating with external entities for report submissions;
* Managing recruitment and onboarding processes;
* Creating Holiday Maps and the Annual Training Plan;
* Developing and monitoring disciplinary procedures;
* Supporting the implementation of HR policies, processes, and procedures;
* Collaborating with department managers and providing HR support across the organization;
Qualifications
* Relevant training in Human Resources, preferably with experience in a multinational environment;
* Fluent in German;
* Knowledge of Employment Law;
* Proficiency in SAP (preferred);
* Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
* Analytical skills and teamwork orientation;
* Excellent planning, organizational, and initiative skills;
* Strong interpersonal communication skills with professionalism and ethics;
* Ability to communicate effectively across hierarchical levels;
* Availability to travel.
