The post holder will need to be confident in providing high quality, evidence-based assessments and interventions and have an understanding and experience of working with people with a range of complex issues from a variety of settings and environments. Liaison with community teams, other organisations, families, and carers will be a significant part of this role.
The post holder will possess excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work independently. The post holder will support the continued professional development of the team and advise specifically around communication and emotional literacy.
