We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Deputy Manager to join our creative and fast-paced team in Liverpool Street. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team and be eager to grow and develop their skills further.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Oversee a front-of-house team of 17, ensuring excellent teamwork and high morale.
• Client Satisfaction: Ensure client expectations for food and service are consistently met and aligned with the CH&CO brand standards.
• Team Briefings: Conduct regular briefings with staff to communicate food and service standards, ensuring all offerings meet the highest quality expectations.
• Quality Assurance: Continuously monitor service and food quality, providing constructive feedback to the chefs and service team to maintain exceptional standards.
• Team Motivation: Inspire, manage, and develop your team to perform at their best.
• Event Management: Oversee and manage small events, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction.
