Main duties of the job We are seeking two Primary Care Support Officers to work as a key members of the ICB's Dental commissioning and contracting team whose overarching goal is to deliver an exciting and challenging primary care dental commissioning and transformation programme across the North East and North Cumbria. As a Primary Care support officer, you will work as part of a dynamic team, in delivering an effective service supporting the delivery of all elements of the commissioning cycle including, service specification development, procurement, contract management/monitoring and service evaluation and review. The successful candidate will have: knowledge of administrative procedures, project management and information analysis, excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise, good oral/written communications skills with the ability to communicate complex information to a wide range of stakeholders, the ability to work on own initiative, organising and prioritising own and others workloads to changing and often tight deadlines, the ability to pull together comprehensive draft reports, data and letters.
