About the Role
Dark Matter is seeking a highly organised and driven Campaign & Production Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of our projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of campaigns, from documentary film productions to client-focused marketing initiatives. You will be an expert at project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring seamless coordination of resources, budgets, and timelines.
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
* Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects, ensuring successful delivery within budget and on schedule.
* Coordinate project resources, including internal team members and external contractors, ensuring optimal allocation and flexibility to meet project requirements.
* Monitor, update and manage project budgets, identifying potential risks and proactively mitigating them.
* Ensure project costs and receipts are sent to our accounting software, and costs are allocated to projects accurately.
* Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and resource allocation plans.
* Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.
* Briefing of internal and external resource on projects and tasks setting clear objectives and expectations.
Campaign Management:
* Develop and execute comprehensive campaign plans that align with client objectives and Dark Matter's strategic goals.
* Track and report on campaign performance, analysing key metrics from various sources, including Vimeo, YouTube, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
* Identify trends and insights to optimise campaign effectiveness and deliver results.
Client Relationship Management:
* Develop a deep understanding of client propositions, industry technology trends, and emerging technologies such as cloud and AI.
* Proactively problem-solve in client relations, ensuring a strategic consultancy approach.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and collaboration.
Production Management:
* Oversee the production of various marketing assets, including documentaries, videos, and digital content.
* Coordinate with internal and external production teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
* Ensure resource time is utilised finding tasks if needed.
* Manage production budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a project or production manager in a fast-paced consultancy, marketing, or technology-focused environment.
* A strong understanding of Film/TV production, digital and design assets.
* Expert knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and best practices.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficient in budget management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
* Adaptable and proactive in addressing challenges and finding solutions to ensure project success.

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 based on experience
