We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead project delivery and drive operational excellence across our projects. The Delivery Manager will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while fostering strong client relationships and optimizing team performance. This role is ideal for someone who is skilled in Agile and project management, has a solutions-driven mindset, and can effectively manage cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning and Execution: Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from initial scoping and planning to final delivery, ensuring alignment with project goals.
* Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
* Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
* Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth and successful project outcomes.
* Agile Methodology: Implement and facilitate Agile practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to optimize workflow and productivity.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor project metrics and KPIs to evaluate progress and team performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
* Budget Management: Ensure projects stay within financial limits, overseeing budget allocation and resource planning.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in delivery processes, proposing solutions for efficiency, quality, and speed.
* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation and provide regular reports to stakeholders on project status, key milestones, risks, and overall progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience: 5+ years of experience in project or delivery management, ideally within [industry or sector].
* Project Management Skills: Proven experience in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, with proficiency in tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
* Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
* Problem-Solving: Analytical and problem-solving mindset, able to make sound decisions under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:
