About The Role Are you interested in actuarial analysis in an exciting Group oversight role? This role will give you a broad overview of P&C reserving. In This Role You Will Provide independent assessment of P&C reserves. Implement new reserving models and process improvements using data analysis and statistical modelling skills. Contribute to providing management with the most up-to-date information through the Group's quarterly reporting materials. Perform 'deep dives' on specific portfolios. About The Team P&C Actuarial Control provides senior management and the Board(s) of Directors with an independent assessment of our reserves for both Reinsurance P&C and CorSo. We also support the Group Chief Actuary in the preparation of quarterly closing materials and provide the Risk Modelling team with the P&C parameters for the internal model. About You You are energetic and motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You pay attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture. You have successfully completed your university degree in a quantitative field such as Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or any other degree with a quantitative component. You are pursuing a professional actuarial qualification. You can quickly grasp new concepts and develop them into practical solutions. You have experience with R and other programming languages/framework. You are experienced with the use of statistical modelling, data science and data visualization tools.
