Job Title: Second Line Support Technician
Location: Walsall
Salary: GBP27,000 + Benefits (DOE)

This job is shift based: 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm and occasionally 10am-6pm. Occasional weekends will also be required.
Responsibilities
* Provide second line support for all our clients technology systems.
* Support colleagues with hardware, software, and IT queries.
* Identify, diagnose, and resolve incidents within SLAs.
* Release changes to the estate and onboard new solutions.
* Collaborate with third parties for new store openings and system support.
* Monitor system jobs, respond to alerts, and complete root cause analysis.
* Offer suggestions for improving support services.
* Install, remove, and record movement of technology equipment.
Requirements
* 3+ years experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in SQL, .Net, Microsoft Windows, and Office 365.
* Strong troubleshooting skills and ITIL understanding.
* Excellent documentation skills and IT security awareness.
* Flexible working hours and occasional travel may be required.
