Role Overview
We need a highly organized Studio Manager & EA who can connect clients, designers, and our founder while ensuring smooth operations. This fast-paced role suits someone who excels at problem-solving and creating structure to support scale.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
1. Track projects and address potential issues
2. Maintain client relationships
3. Manage studio schedules and deadlines
4. Review contracts and draft proposals
5. Handle invoicing and expense tracking
6. Manage budgets and cashflow
7. Process payments and liaise with accountants
HR & Admin
1. Onboard new employees and freelancers
2. Process holiday requests and payroll
3. Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings
4. Manage studio supplies and systems
Executive Support
1. Coordinate founder's work and personal calendar
2. Arrange travel and manage personal admin
3. Process household payments and assist with shopping needs
Requirements
1. Experience in creative agency, studio admin, or PA role
2. Proficient with Microsoft Office (InDesign a bonus)
3. Tech stack implementation for agency experience highly desirable
4. Strong organizational and communication skills
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality
