Role overview:
We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Housing Assistant to join our dynamic and dedicated team at A2Dominion! As part of our bustling Homes and Communities team, you’ll play a pivotal role in tackling a variety of housing management challenges. In this key position, you’ll deliver fast, reliable, and exceptional support to our tenants, as well as to colleagues and external partners.
Key responsibilities:
1. Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining the Group’s customer care standards.
2. Support tenants requiring additional assistance, referring them to appropriate support services when necessary.
3. Build and nurture strong relationships with colleagues, working collaboratively both online and in the office.
4. Respond promptly and professionally to resident and public enquiries, offering advice and guidance as needed.
5. Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing diaries, preparing correspondence, mail merges, emails and reports.
6. Maintain and update IT systems and ensure manual record-keeping remains accurate and effective.
7. Manage small projects and help produce monthly reports, including inputting into KPI spreadsheets.
More about you:
1. GCSE’s (or equivalent) in Maths and English, grades A*-C.
2. Customer-focused experience. You’ve worked in customer service or admin roles and know how to deliver with a smile.
3. Strong IT skills, with high attention to detail and a talent for staying on top of tasks.
4. Resilient, resourceful and a great communicator who thrives under pressure.
5. You excel at problem-solving and truly understand what the customer needs.
6. A clean UK driving licence would be desired as there will be a requirement to travel for training purposes.
