This is an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Joiner to join Your Housing Groups Repairs and Maintenance Division in the Responsive Repairs Team and provide a high-quality Joinery and associated repair and replacement service throughout the North West area.
Although we try to base our operatives closest to their home location it may still be required for you to travel to other locations due to business requirements.

What will my working week look like?
You will live within the North West, to be able to cover your region. You will also need to live within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington to attend meetings and training courses when needed.
What will I be responsible for doing?
First and foremost, working as part of the Responsive Repairs Team, you will undertake repairs and maintenance in our occupied properties.
You’ll be performing a vital Joinery role inside these properties ensuring that all Joinery works required are completed to the highest standards. You will be confident and capable, ensuring all work undertaken is completed with due regard for quality, productivity, and safety.
Our organisation is all about people, especially the people who live in our homes and the communities that we serve and deliver excellent customer service too, so ideally you will be personable, professional, and able to understand the differing needs of the customers in our communities, tailoring your approach to meet that requirement to deliver a bespoke service.

And what would make me stand out from the crowd?
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent recognised competency/qualification within the Joinery field
* Experience of undertaking additional repairs and maintenance outside of a Joinery skill set Experience of working as an Joiner within the housing sector would be of real interest.
* You will have basic health and safety knowledge in a repair’s environment.
* You will have a full UK Driving License (ideally no more than 6 points)
