About the Role: Are you where data meets creativity? autobrush is searching for a Performance Creative Strategist to join our team and elevate our performance marketing efforts through bold, data-driven creative concepts. This role combines strategic thinking, creative innovation, and analytical rigor to develop ad campaigns that not only look great but deliver measurable results. From ideation to optimization, you will own the creative strategy for paid social and digital channels, ensuring that every asset drives performance and exceeds KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy Development:
* Develop performance-driven creative strategies tailored to campaign objectives such as customer acquisition, sales, and engagement.
* Create compelling concepts that align with audience insights, market trends, and platform best practices.
Collaboration & Execution:
* Collaborate with media buyers, designers, copywriters (AI), influencer managers, and the growth teams to produce cohesive, high-performing ad campaigns.
* Translate data insights into actionable creative briefs that guide design and production teams.
Testing & Optimization:
* Design creative assets with A/B testing in mind, ensuring variations are optimized for learning and improvement.
* Continuously iterate on creative concepts based on performance data to maximize campaign efficiency.
KPI Ownership:
* Monitor performance metrics across platforms (e.g., Meta, YouTube, Applovin, TikTok, Google Ads) and take accountability for hitting ROAS, CPA, and CAC goals.
* Identify underperforming assets and recommend improvements backed by data.
Innovation & Trends:
* Stay ahead of performance marketing trends, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to campaigns that outpace competitors.
* Ensure creative assets comply with platform requirements and leverage best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, creative strategy, or related roles.
* A proven track record of developing and executing high-performing ad campaigns across platforms such as Meta, YouTube, Applovin, TikTok, and Google Ads.
* Strong understanding of data analytics and how to apply insights to creative development.
* Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative strategies and data-driven rationales.
* A creative thinker who can generate bold ideas tailored to specific target audiences.
* Familiarity with DTC brands and consumer trends in the US market is a plus.
