The Best Connection are recruiting for a Marketplace Specialist to work with our prestigious client based in Banbury. Immediate start available!
As a Marketplace Specialist you are responsible for managing, monitoring and analysing online marketplaces to maximise sales performance.
Responsibilities include:
1. Responding to consumer requests and queries on a daily basis within the shortest possible lead-time
2. Investigate customer issues and complaints through to resolution in the most effective and efficient manner possible
3. Monitoring of and liaising with carriers to ensure products are delivered to clients within the required lead-time
4. Analysis of sales orders by product to ensure adequate stocks are in place to service future demand
5. Maintaining the Marketplace portfolio of products including adding and removing products
6. Generate Marketplace reports to allow the monitoring of performance in terms of volume, value and margin
7. Provide insights and proposals based on the data available to maximise sales
Requirements:
1. Experience of managing Marketplace accounts is desirable but not essential
2. Customer service experience including a high focus on delivering an outstanding consumer experience
3. Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills
