As an Estates Project Coordinator, you will coordinate and support Estates projects, ensuring excellent customer and service delivery meeting project requirements and mitigating risks. Contribute to, and support, force objectives through project delivery and be a point of contact within the estates team for active projects.
What you’ll do
* Coordinate the deployment of activities and resources across various functional areas within the force Estate to ensure customer service standards and requirements are met. Oversee the delegation of tasks according to the project timeline.
* Maintain regular and effective communication with the Project and Engagement Manager. Monitor and evaluate activities, highlighting any identified risks or areas that may impact project delivery.
* Ensure compliance with force procedures, frameworks, and legislative requirements for all tasks.
* Contribute to force objectives by delivering projects that promote continuous improvement, foster a culture of organisational change, and support the wellbeing of our personnel.
* Engage effectively with key stakeholders, developing and maintaining relationships across all areas of the force. Serve as the primary Estates point of contact for ongoing projects, providing excellent customer service.
What you’ll bring
* 4 GCSEs or equivalent (Including Maths and English).
* Organising, monitoring, and evaluating events and programmes.
* Relevant experience of working within a project environment with proven evidence of success.
* Evidence of ability to look beyond the obvious and explore alternatives.
* Ability to build strong working relationships with peers.
* Flexible approach to work, to meet the needs of different stakeholders.
* Drive and ability to motivate others.
* Ability to communicate information clearly both verbally and in writing.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Ability to work with minimum supervision.

This is a permanent role subject to a six-month probationary period.
