Our client, a West End based law firm are looking for an Administrator to join their Business Services team on a permanent basis. The role requires first class administrative and interpersonal skills and the proven ability to undertake a wide range of administrative tasks, demonstrating initiative, enthusiasm, professionalism and a high-level quality service delivery. The successful candidate will be career minded and proud of the service they provide and will strive to continually provide a value added and quality service delivery to all individuals, at all times and in all circumstances. The office environment has changed somewhat since the introduction of hybrid working and, in turn, moved administrative roles further away from hard copy related tasks. Accordingly, a good knowledge of Word, Excel and Adobe are required for this role. Previous knowledge of a DMS is also desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
