The Role As an Analytics Engineer, you will lead efforts to ensure data quality and accessibility across the organisation. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will transform raw data into actionable insights, using tools like Snowflake, and work across the entire data stack to support product, marketing, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities for an Analytics Engineer: Own the data engineering lifecycle: From warehousing to transformation and analysis, introducing observability and testing tools. Lead data modelling efforts to ensure efficient querying, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Enable self-service by designing creative schemas and fostering a data-driven culture. Champion data integrity and governance to support Enthuses AI ambitions. Educate and mentor team members on leveraging data. Collaborate with the Data Analyst to solve business challenges and maximise data value. What we are looking for in an Analytics Engineer: 3 years experience as an Analytics Engineer in a fast-paced, data-intensive B2B SaaS environment. Expertise in SQL/DBT and hands-on experience with modern data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, etc.). Proficiency in data modelling, ETL processes, and working with large datasets. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure as code. Experience with open-source visualisation tools (Streamlit, Superset, Metabase, etc.).
