Techniche Global is supporting an industry leading manufacturer in Andover, North Hampshire to appoint a Project Manager. As Project Manager, you will be managing key client projects across their core industry domains which are Automotive Power Electronics, PCBA Manufacturing and Micro Electronics. You’ll work closely with a team undertaking early-stage product and process development in parallel with emerging technologies and configurations.Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
1. Take leadership of projects and manage customer communication with the Power Electronics (PE) team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to ensure project targets and expectations are met.
2. Responsible for preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring assigned technical, build, and business support resources.
3. Resolve any issues related to the team, plans, supply chain, and budget to ensure project deliverables and timelines are maintained.
4. Identify potential project risks, lead the team in developing solutions, and ensure their implementation and reporting.
5. Manage project scope and control costs throughout the project lifecycle, liaising with internal departments such as Business Development, Finance, and Purchasing.
