Key Responsibilities: Managing front of house / reception in our London office Answering phones and manage calls via switchboard Management of meeting room bookings and office facilities General office management duties, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements Supporting senior leaders and various business teams with catering/office administration Assist in arranging small events Supporting HR as needed including absence reporting and onboarding Handling confidential information, producing reports as needed Managing relationships with the building management and internal property team, office supply company and more Working collaboratively with Reception & Executive Assistant teams based in our other UK/US locations Liaising with central Facilities Management team in the diagnosing and resolution of maintenance issues Ordering stationery and supplies for the London office in a timely manner (weekly/monthly) Requirements: Previous General office management skills required, minimum 12 months Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong organisational skills Ability to think outside of the box, multi-task Literate and competent on all Microsoft processes Exceptional attention to detail Previous experience of facilities management and/or Health & Safety compliance Location & Workplace Type: This position is based in our London office - On Site Part Time 20 hours pr week. With possibility of increased hours during busy periods. Candidate must be fully flexible across business hours. (Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm). Why Choose KX?
