What you'll be doing day to day:
* Ownership and end-to-end management of CRM campaigns across B2B and B2C audiences
* Create a variety of HTML email designs, including copywriting
* Liaise with relevant teams to gather relevant content and assets
* Utilise Click Dimensions to build and execute campaign emails
* Identify and export relevant audience segments from Microsoft Dynamics CRM
* Build effective email campaigns to support meeting overall campaign objectives
* Analyse and report on the effectiveness and key learnings of CRM campaigns
* Develop an ongoing test & learn capability to drive continuous improvement
* Ensure adherence to the relevant compliance and sign off process
* Deliver marketing automation processes that improve customer contact strategies, grow the lifetime value of customers through targeted activity; acquire prospects (lead nurturing), on-boarding, lifecycle management, retention and reactivation
* Build audiences and segmentation within CRM, presenting new, targeted opportunities
* Support both the CRM and wider marketing team as required
* Stay up-to-date with the latest email best practice and CRM/Marketing insight
Qualifications
We're looking for an experienced CRM Executive looking for the next step in their career. You'll be passionate about CRM and the effective management of data to build, improve and deepen relationships with our customers and partners via CRM campaigns. You'll be keen to share knowledge and best practice across the team, demonstrating ROI and key learnings, and understand how to create robust CRM campaigns at all touchpoints in the customer journey.
Ideally, you will have some of the following experience:
* Implementing marketing automation processes that improve customer contact strategies, growing the lifetime value of customers, through targeted activity
* Experience in a similar role; creating and delivering CRM and email marketing campaigns based on a variety of audience needs across B2B and B2C markets
* Evaluation of the value and ROI of CRM campaigns
* Optimisation of campaign performance
* Customer segmentation
* Data analysis to identify opportunities and drive activity through CRM
* Experience of understanding and communicating throughout the customer journey from prospecting to exit/win back - and everything in between
* Experience of automation/behavioural journey building, with a view to creating bespoke customer journeys
* Used to working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating critical thinking and delivering to tight deadlines
