SALARY: £25,000 - £30,000 pro rata / £40,000 OTE pro rata
LOCATION: Bournemouth, Dorset(100% Office Based)
JOB TYPE: Full-Time and Part-Time, Permanent Positions Available
FULL-TIME WORKING HOURS: 37.5 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday
PART-TIME WORKING HOURS: 10am 3pm, 3 Days per Week Minimum (with opportunities to work 4 / 5 days per week days worked to be discussed during interview)

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Customer Service Sales Agent / Client Account Executive who has a friendly, helpful and professional telephone manner is required to manage incoming sales enquiries, liaise with existing clients and develop new client relationships.
Working as the Customer Service Sales Agent / Client Account Executive your role will be mainly phone based located in Bournemouth Office, with occasional local client visits from time-to-time, where you will take incoming calls from new and existing customers placing orders.
As the Customer Service Sales Agent / Client Account Executive you will need excellent listening skills to understand the customers requirements and recommend solutions and products (additional product training will be provided), logging your activity in the companys CRM system (HubSpot). You will also be tasked with re-connecting lapsed accounts and follow up on marketing leads.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Customer Service Sales Agent / Client Account Executive include:
Speaking to new and returning customers over the phone and email
Responding to inbound leads and enquiries from marketing activity
Logging conversations in the CRM (HubSpot) (training provided)
Building relationships, understanding customers current and future requirements and offering products and solutions to meet those needs
Occasionally visiting local clients to strengthen relationships
Helping to bring old customers back into the fold
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Cheerful, confident, and professional on the phone
A good listener who can match products to customer needs
Able to work with basic sales targets and stay organised
Familiar with using computers and happy to learn a CRM (like HubSpot)
Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented
Willing to learn and contribute ideas
Holds a full, clean UK driving licence (for occasional local visits)
IDEAL BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail or office supplies
Familiarity with the office supplies or B2B sales environment
Comfortable working toward realistic sales targets
A self-starter who can manage their day and follow up consistently
