Bar Manager - St Andrews Seaton House, in partnership with the renowned Ondine, Edinburgh by Roy Brett, is set to redefine dining in St Andrews with our upcoming 5-star luxury hotel, opening in February 2025. We are seeking a seasoned Bar Manager with experience in managing an extensive whisky list as well as collaborating on a wine list. This role demands a leader who can maintain high standards of service and quality, inspired by Ondine's celebrated reputation in Edinburgh. What You'll Do: Manage daily operations of the bars within Seaton House, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction. Lead, train, and inspire a team of bar professionals. Collaborate with the Ondine team to uphold the vision and standards of Ondine. Develop marketing and business strategies to enhance the guest experience and increase profitability. Manage guest relations, and accommodate special requests with the highest level of professionalism. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a high-end or potentially rosetted restaurant/hotel Excellent leadership, team management, and staff training skills. Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. Familiarity with restaurant management software and Point of Sale systems. Why Join Seaton House?
