We are looking for an experienced and motivated Maintenance Manager to join our team in Slough. This is an office-based role where you will oversee FM contracts for a variety of clients, including gyms, restaurants, and supermarkets. The successful Maintenance Manager will receive an above market salary, performance-based bonus, endless training and progression opportunities, company vehicle, phone, tablet, and local work (within 1 hr of Slough).
The Maintenance Manager will be required to:
1. Oversee and manage maintenance contracts for gyms, restaurants, and supermarkets.
2. Plan, schedule, and oversee the day-to-day maintenance tasks and works schedules.
3. Liaise with clients, maintaining excellent relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
4. Manage a small team of engineers, ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard.
5. Quote for works and ensure projects are delivered within the agreed budget and timeframe.
6. Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring maximum profitability.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Proven experience in maintenance management, ideally within facilities management (FM) contracts.
2. Experience in managing budgets, scheduling, and overseeing engineering teams.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Full driving licence.
The successful Maintenance Manager will receive:
1. Competitive salary of £45,000 per annum + Bonus.
