Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide 24/7 care for young people facing a variety of challenges.
2. Work as part of a supportive team to create a safe and nurturing environment.
3. Maintain accurate records and reports.
4. Support young people with daily activities and challenges.
5. Complete sleep-in shifts and waking night shifts when required.
What We're Looking For:
1. Availability to work a 24/7 rota.
2. Good communication and listening skills.
3. Willingness to complete sleep-in shifts and waking night shifts.
4. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
5. Team player with a passion for helping others.
6. Driving license (required).
7. Ideally, NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare (training provided if not).
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: £30,000.00 - £31,500.00 per year.
Sleep-in Shifts: £60.00 per night.
Waking Night Shifts: £15.00 per hour.
Bonus: Loyalty bonus, signing bonus, and overtime pay for hours worked above contract.

Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 40 hours per week.
2. Flexible schedule with 12-hour shifts, including day shift, night shift, and weekends.
3. Sleepovers paid while on holiday (based on average sleeps from the previous 52 weeks).
Career Development:
During a 6-month probation period, you will be enrolled in the NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (fully funded and supported to complete).
