Main duties of the job
You will be degree educated with enhanced CPD including relevant management experience. You will have at least two years demonstrable experience of operating at a senior level preferably within Mental Health sectors. You may have a professional clinical background; this is not a requirement but would be an advantage. You will possess an understanding of contractual requirements and potential experience of working with commissioners. We are seeking a unique individual who can inspire and motivate our staff, building strong team approaches and providing leadership to support the overall effectiveness of the organisation.
Our exceptional clinical teams offer psychotherapies across the age span and offer assessments for autism and ADHD. Our clinicians are specialists, and we aim to welcome clients seamlessly into our service, to provide the excellence of service(s) they need. Our efficient Admin support concentrates on the different needs for our client groups.

Person Specification
Experience
Essential
* Previous experience as an Operational Manager or other senior managerial experience in fast moving health or mental health setting.
* Experience of strategy implementation.
* Commercial and business management experience, particularly in terms of business growth.
* Computer literacy, including knowledge Microsoft Office packages and the ability to learn and work with other software packages.
Desirable
* Good understanding of the regulatory responsibilities of a CQC Registered Manager and the regulations relating to community mental health services.

* Professional qualification in a relevant clinical area, such as psychology, psychiatry or an allied health role.
* Business or management qualification such as Diploma in Management or MBA.
