Job Summary Introba UK is seeking an Intermediate Electrical Engineer to join our team, working in a hybrid capacity from our Oxfordshire office. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the delivery of high-quality designs, showcasing your technical proficiency in electrical engineering. This position emphasizes hands-on design work rather than strategic or project management tasks. Additionally, you will play a vital role in enhancing Introba's reputation for excellence in Building Services by consistently meeting and exceeding quality standards. Responsibilities & Qualifications Responsibilities and Duties: Execute project and team-specific activities as directed by the Supervisor and ensure project delivery aligns with client satisfaction and profitability targets. Collaborate within a team environment, providing guidance to technicians and support staff while controlling and managing different activities to meet design targets set by the Supervisor. Advise other Construction Team Professionals on activities related to Building Services while designing and detailing straightforward engineering systems. Illustrate concepts and prepare written reports and generate detailed design drawings suitable for client and professional presentations. Prepare comprehensive tender information packages under the guidance of a Supervisor while monitoring and reporting on the quality and progress of on-site work in collaboration with the Supervisor. Assist in preparing budget costs and design solutions within agreed budget and uphold a professional demeanor with all parties involved in client work to enhance the company's reputation. Pursue continued professional development relevant to personal objectives and the company's goals and strive to achieve CIBSE chartership. Ensure total client satisfaction with service delivery and produce high-quality design outputs under the guidance of a Supervisor. Deliver work in a timely manner adhering to company quality and profit requirements. Efficiently utilize company computer and software systems for design delivery and expand knowledge in the relevant work-related areas while meeting CPD objectives through ongoing study. Qualifications: Relevant industry certifications and memberships. Proven experience in the design and delivery of engineering projects. Familiarity with industry software and tools, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, and, for Electrical Intermediate Engineers, Dialux and Amtech. Understanding of environmental assessment methods such as BREEAM and LEED is desirable. Ongoing commitment to professional development and achievement of CIBSE chartership.
