You will be joining our in-house Communications Team who act as the Centre of Excellence for all Internal Communications across the Group. Reporting to the Director of Internal Communications, you will play a pivotal role in the Group's Facilities Transformation Strategy at a time when we are deploying industry-leading technology to support our 70,000 colleagues to deliver exceptional results for the organisations we work for. Responsibilities: Develop Change Management Strategies: Working with your peers in the Communications Business Partnering team, you will create and implement innovative strategies to manage communications activity which drives effective change across a complex matrix organisation. Lead Communication Efforts: Develop and deliver communication plans that effectively convey change initiatives to our wonderfully diverse teams. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with C-Suite, Project Teams, Managers, and Supervisors to support them throughout the change process. Monitor and Report: Track the progress of change initiatives and report on their effectiveness. Content Creation: Produce high-quality communication materials that translate complex initiatives into clear, compelling messages. Qualifications: Experience: Experience in employee communications, with previous roles in managing communications for complex change programmes essential. Experience in the deployment and engagement of large-scale technology changes would be advantageous. Skills: Exceptional ability to manage stakeholder relationships, strong writing and editing skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and familiarity with change management principles and methodologies.
