Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Professional Indemnity Claims Solicitor at Mitre Claims Management. As a Professional Indemnity Claims Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling and managing professional indemnity claims with a focus on SRA regulated Professionals and FCA regulated Professionals. This is a hybrid role located in Greater London, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in handling professional indemnity claims
* Strong knowledge of insurance law, contract law, and relevant litigation processes
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Experience in managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Proficient in using case management software and other relevant tools
* Adherence to professional ethics and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
* Professional indemnity claims experience within the insurance industry is preferred
Salary Range
Remuneration will be based upon a candidates experience and suitability for however it is anticipated the role will pay between £50,000 and £75,000 per annum of a Full Time Basis
