Service Administrator £29,000 Rogerstone Your Duties : First point of telephone contact for service support calls, logging of service calls Allocation of work to engineers Management of purchase orders and costs Raising of invoices, supplier invoice queries Ordering and booking in of parts Month end inputting, i.e stock take information. Compiling quotes, generating reports as required You will need to have the following knowledge and experience: Knowledge of office systems Good communication and administrative skills Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in all aspects of work Time management Analytical and problem solving skills Effective written and record keeping skills Knowledge in servicing / garages Hours: Monday - Friday 0700-1600 or 0830-1730 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £29,000.00 per year
