Please note this is an office based role. Overall Purpose Of The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing contracts from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. This role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while safeguarding the interests of the organisation. Accountabilities/Responsibilities Review, draft, and negotiate contracts to ensure clarity and compliance with organisational standards. Monitor contract deadlines, renewals, and compliance obligations Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and supporting documents. Monitor contract performance and ensure all parties adhere to the terms and conditions. Liaise with internal departments to gather necessary information for contract execution. Provide guidance on contractual rights and obligations to various stakeholders. Assist in resolving any disputes or issues that may arise during the contract lifecycle. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or similar role Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail with strong organisational abilities. Proficiency in using contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
