The EPR Improvement Manager plays a pivotal role in facilitating the successful delivery of the benefits of our new Electronic Patient Record with work aligned to HDFT's Strategic Planning Framework. This role demands an improvement practitioner who can work with our EPR Benefits Lead to facilitate EPR-related continuous improvement work using our Impact lean methodology.

Main duties of the job
You will work closely with the EPR Benefits Lead and be responsible for project assurance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring that the benefits of our EPR digital transformation projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. You will work collaboratively with colleagues from across the Trust to do this.
You will support the Deputy Director - Strategy and Improvement across a range of continuous improvement, improvement operating model, business transformation and pathway/process improvement work, spanning the breadth of the Trust's functions. The postholder will work in a complex environment, with various clinical directorates, health and care system partner organisations, patient groups and local communities.

Person Specification
Essential and Desirable
1. Masters level qualification in a similar field or evidence to demonstrate equivalent experience.
2. Proven track record of delivering high quality training to diverse audiences.
3. Proven track record of facilitation and leading continuous improvement projects and/or programmes, including work to support the introduction of new technology (e.g. an EPR).
4. Benefits realisation/project management and delivering measurable outcomes to a timescale, preferably in a health, social care or public sector environment.
5. Advanced knowledge of improvement science.
