Main duties of the job We have achieved national accreditation for our Preceptorship programme, which includes an introduction to quality improvement, a focus on your health, wellbeing and restorative clinical supervision. We have recently updated our preceptorship programme to be multi-professional and are working towards applying for gold accreditation for this new multi-professional preceptorship academy. We have opportunities for Newly Registered Adult Nurse in Emergency Care, Surgery, Medicine and our Community Localities. We also have opportunities for Newly Registered Childrens Nurses in our Childrens Wards, Neonatal Unit, Childrens Emergency Care and Childrens Outpatients. There may also be opportunity for a rotational post between the ward and Childrens Emergency Care.
