Join Us We’re looking for a Digital Content Lead to join our marketing team to deliver the annual, thematically driven content plan as well as responsive content streams, ensuring that the USPs of each company, the competencies of the Group, and the issues that matter to industry, are contributed to in an interesting, engaging and timely manner. This role will also support the delivery of SCAPE Group’s events plan, ranging from internal staff briefings, charity events to industry related webinars and large trade exhibitions and conferences. Your new role This role involves creating and designing digital content, managing our social media platforms, coordinating event logistics, and supporting the execution of various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and writing skills, be well organised, creative, driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to handle multiple projects at once. Create visually appealing graphics and videos that encourage engagement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant content themes into the social media calendar. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to X, YouTube, LinkedIn. Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with the wider team to develop social media strategies that align with the SCAPE Group’s objectives and target audiences, always considering the larger brand image. Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, track key metrics, and generate reports on a regular basis. Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement based on data analysis. Stay current with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices, and suggest creative ideas to enhance our online presence and event experiences. Assist in planning, organising, and executing events. Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, exhibition bookings, stand design and technical setup. Supporting the execution of other various marketing initiatives. What you’ll bring Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using social media platforms and scheduling tools. Familiarity with basic graphic design and video editing tools. Experience in event coordination and management, with great interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Creative thinker with a passion for staying current with digital marketing trends. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Social Media, Business, or a related field. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong attention to detail, excellent grammar, and the ability to meet deadlines. You’ll have a basic understanding of sustainability in the workplace and be committed to support the business with its carbon reduction strategy.
