The Role
NHS Lanarkshire are looking to recruit a Clerical Officer, based within University Hospital Hairmyres. The Clerical Officer will provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service and provide patients and other service users with information and assistance as appropriate.

What we'll need you to bring
1. Educated to standard grade level or knowledge in a similar role
2. Well developed interpersonal skills in customer care.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Good organisational and planning skills.
5. Understanding of a range of procedures and processes.
6. Ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure.
7. Proficient I.T. skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
8. Ensuring confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times.

The working pattern for this role: Mon-Thurs 08:30 to 13:30 Fri 08:30 to 13:14
