The post holder will be required to take responsibility for clerical management of registration at the School and to manage various Whole School administrative tasks, working within a vibrant office and dealing with general enquiries in person, by email and by telephone. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Time management skills, flexibility and an ability to work under pressure-are also essential for this role. A decent level of IT competency is desirable and the successful candidate will be a confident user of the main Microsoft Office programs. Experience, Training and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a school administration/receptionist role desirable but not compulsory
* Have experience in a customer facing role (desirable)
* Have experience working in fast paced environment
* Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel and word)
* Grade C GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English
