About Us
We are recruiting for an established recruitment agency with a strong reputation in the construction sector. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their Manchester office and play a key role in expanding the client base while delivering an exceptional service.
What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Managing the full recruitment cycle – from business development to candidate placement
✅ Building and maintaining relationships with construction clients and candidates
✅ Developing new business opportunities and securing job roles
✅ Sourcing, screening, and interviewing top industry talent
✅ Managing job offers, negotiations, and placements
✅ Working towards and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Experience as a 360 recruitment consultant (preferably in construction recruitment)
✔️ Strong business development and sales skills
✔️ A driven and motivated mindset with a proven track record of hitting targets
✔️ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
✔️ Knowledge of the construction industry and labour supply market
✔️ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
