* Collaborate with Heads of Product (Marketplace, Data Solutions) to align back-office workflows with front-end innovations.
* Drive cost savings through automation (e.g., reducing manual invoice processing by 70%).
* Monetise back-office capabilities (e.g., offering white-label billing tools to OEMs).
* Negotiate partnerships with fintech providers (e.g., Stripe, TaxJar) to enhance payment ecosystems.
1. Stakeholder Engagement:
* Evangelise back-office innovation to C-suite, linking operational efficiency to marketplace growth.
* Engage enterprise clients to co-design solutions (e.g., custom billing cycles).
* Represent us as a thought leader in back-office automation at industry events.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
* 10+ years in Product Leadership, with 5+ years focused on back-office/financial systems (B2B SaaS, fintech, or marketplace platforms).
