An excellent opportunity has arisen, for a Regional Health & Safety Advisor to join our safety team on a full-time permanent basis covering our sites in the East of the UK and London North with a flexible base location. The role reports to the Head of Safety, Health and Environment as an intrinsic part of the corporate Management Services Team. Key Responsibilities Working with Operational Colleague's and Leadership to ensure compliance with legislation and corporate procedures and to ensure the delivery of safety training to sites within the region. Completing incident investigation and providing an advisory support function to site management, insurers and regional leadership teams Roll out the health and safety strategy across your region whilst providing safety and environmental guidance and coaching to managers to drive forward a health, safety and environmental focused culture Support the wider safety team to drive improvements and projects within the region.
