Post Title Match Day Decorator (Casual). Department/Location Marketing, the John Smith’s Stadium. Reports to Head of Marketing. Purpose of the Role To undertake all duties associated with the preparation of the match day branding, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment and keeping the overall presentation of the stadium footprint and areas at a high standard, ensuring all items of branding are displayed correctly. Functional Links Internal: Head of Marketing, Kirklees Stadium Development Limited (KSDL) Staff, Staff and Managers throughout the organisation. External: Fans/Supporters, External Partners, Suppliers. Key Performance Indicators The post holder will work closely with and under the guidance of the Head of Marketing to set up and take down all the HTAFC branding on match days. The stadium footprint and areas are ready and well-presented at the designated times. Effective collaboration with Heads of Department to ensure that areas are prepared as required for match days. Role Specific Responsibilities Pre-Match Work to job sheets, and assist with installing tunnel graphics, bar graphics, and dugout graphics. Put in place the directional signage, posters in the concourse areas, and branding in Hospitality suites. Set up press/media areas and help with preparation of the Fan Zone. Assist the stadium Grounds team with installing pitch mats. Post-Match Work to job sheets to take down the branding, posters, and signage displayed prior to each match commencing and ensure the stadium is reset to non-match day standards. Work with the team to ensure all items of branding are carefully returned to storage. This job description is not intended to be exhaustive, and the post holder is required to undertake any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Head of Marketing or any other Senior Leader within the Club, commensurate with the level of the post. The job is focused on the time before and after each home fixture; however, there may be opportunities to work occasional extra hours on non-match days when required by the Club.
