We are seeking a dedicated Field Engineer to provide exceptional onsite repair services for our clients. As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for providing onsite break/fix repair services for Desktop PCs, Laptops, and Servers. You will work independently or with team members on installations, ITAD decommissioning, and provide telephone support when required. Key Responsibilities : Maintain excellent customer relations and ensure devices are operational or provide clear information on return visits. Complete job progress updates before leaving the customer site. Communicate effectively with the call allocation and engineering management teams throughout the day. Complete all allocated work daily and ensure all service administration is complete. Maintain and locate allocated boot stock. Keep the company vehicle clean and tidy. Ensure parts for jobs are locatable. Provide telephone support on the helpdesk if required. Assist in the Repair Centre if required. Performance Measures : Speeding incidents should be less than 180. Submit boot stock list by midnight on the 1st of each month. Submit vehicle check by midnight on Monday each week. Collect parts and be en-route to the first job by 9 am daily. Track the number of rebooks directly attributable to the engineer. Essential Qualifications : CompTIA A Lenovo RWST217 CSCS Card Desired Qualifications : Previous experience in a similar field service repair role. Strong knowledge of Laptop/Desktop hardware break/fix methodology. Server hardware repair knowledge and understanding of RAID principles Job details: This is a full time position - 37 hours per week.
