My client is a leading consulting firm, working with business leaders across the globe to address key issues and challenges within the G&A organisation, from strategy to execution.
The European practice is well established across Transformation, Benchmarking, and Advisory. (Advisory is a multi-year membership subscription programme-based model providing intellectual property and coaching to a wide client base.)
We are continuing to build capability in the UK and across our European practice. Working with C-suite executives, we assess, design, and implement change/transformation programmes to deliver World-Class performance across G&A functions, including Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT.
As well as functional design and change, we have enviable technology capabilities. For example, we continue to be a leading partner for Oracle-Hyperion, with our OneStream practice achieving Diamond status (the highest partner accolade) at the beginning of 2021 and continuing to grow rapidly. Our Coupa team completed its first implementation over 10 years ago and became one of the first Premier partners.
Our unrivalled data and intellectual property allow us to engage clients more objectively than any of our competitors. However, we know that our most valuable assets must also have the skills and gravitas to support our clients in deploying such solutions on a business-led basis.
Role: Account Executive
Reporting to the UK Head of Sales, we seek an Account Executive to position and sell all our services across an allocated territory in the UK:
* Providing unique solution-selling capability.
* Ability to engage senior stakeholders (CFO, CIO, CHRO, CPO).
Sales Experience:
* Proven capability in successfully executing end-to-end sales pursuits.
* Skilled in sales strategy, lead generation, RFP processes, effective negotiation, and closing deals.
* Adept at engaging executive-level clients (C-suite).
* Successful track record of identifying and selling professional services projects.
* Deep understanding of the company’s business and the market.
Technical Experience:
* Relevant advanced degree is preferred.
* Experience in selling Digital Transformation programmes.
Other Requirements:
* Strong communicator – Outstanding verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
* Strategic thinking and time management.
* Organised – multiple client interactions across the portfolio of services at any one time. Ability to prioritise and focus.
* Ability to effectively operate independently and in a team environment.
* Motivation and drive – hunger and desire to close deals and grow the business.
* Other European language(s) desirable.
