About Us
Welcome to Warwickshire Cricket Foundation (WCF), the driving force behind all recreational (non-professional) cricket in the county. In close collaboration with Warwickshire County Cricket Club, WCF is dedicated to making cricket accessible to everyone in Warwickshire, and to champion the sport in order to promote positive mental and physical wellbeing. Our initiatives span across adults, boys, girls, and people with disabilities, covering activities in schools, community hubs, and local clubs.

Joining Our Team
Be a part of WCF as our Schools Manager and make a lasting impact on young people's wellbeing through cricket!
As Schools Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of Warwickshire Cricket Foundation’s school programmes, using cricket to inspire physical and mental wellbeing for children and young people across Warwickshire and Birmingham. If you have the below skillset and experience, we’d love to hear from you:
• Proven ability to develop and grow sustainable cricket participation in schools.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.
• Excellent programme management, planning, and organisational skills, with a track record of meeting targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders.
• Experience leading cricket coaching workforces and delivering teacher CPD sessions.
• Skilled in data management, evaluation, and reporting on programme outcomes.
• ECB DBS clearance (essential) and ECB Qualified Coach status (desirable).
