Job Title: Tax Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our finance team. The Tax Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company’s tax compliance, tax planning, and tax reporting. This role requires a deep understanding of tax regulations and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage the preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns.
2. Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
3. Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax benefits.
4. Coordinate and manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
5. Provide guidance and support to the finance team on tax-related matters.
6. Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company.
7. Prepare and review tax provisions and disclosures for financial statements.
8. Collaborate with external tax advisors and consultants.
9. Maintain accurate and organized tax records and documentation.
10. Assist in the development and implementation of tax policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
1. Must be ACCA or CTA Qualified.
2. At least 5+ years of practice experience.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
