We have an opportunity for the right candidate to join our friendly Recruitment team - part of the HR directorate on a full time, fixed term/secondment (12 months) basis as a Recruitment Coordinator.
Working alongside the Recruitment Team Leader, you will support a team of Recruitment Administrators and assistants to provide an excellent service to all internal/external stakeholders. You would support with monitoring KPI's, Recruitment Processes and NHS Safe Employment Check Standards following the Trust's Policy and Processes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering an integrated, responsive, and flexible professional operational Recruitment and selection service and/or contractual processes and procedures.
* Providing general first line advice on terms and conditions of service.
* Providing appropriate and timely advice and information on a range of terms and conditions/policies and procedures and achieving KPI’s in accordance with service specifications.
* Supporting the effective co-ordination of all relevant IT systems.
* Planning and coordinating executive and senior management recruitment, ensuring effective communication and presentation details are attained.
* Coordinating planning and administration of recruitment events, ensuring that a professional and consistent image of the Trust is projected at all times.
* Acting as the Agenda for Change Recruitment Lead.
* Supporting the administration of the trust Establishment, pay & control panel.
* Working alongside the Recruitment Team leader to support and develop a team of recruitment administrators and assistants.
* Ensuring recruitment compliance is maintained in accordance with NHS standards through regular audits and file reviews.
* Providing administrative support to the recruitment team.
* Assisting with Recruitment reporting and analysis.
* Playing an active role in streamlining processes and improving the candidate experience.
